Enzo settled in the Hamptons in 1978. "Land development was my first interest in real estate. When I began riding polo on the East End, I developed a true appreciation for open space and the beauty of our area." But it wasn't long before Enzo joined the home market. "Placing the right person in the right home is so satisfying. You know you've done something good."

"A deep knowledge of the market, the seller, and the buyer is all well and good, but if you can't close the deal, there's no point." That's where Enzo's 25 years of experience really comes into play. "I can thrive in a market where other people are dropping out."

Enzo's latest venture has been with Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate. "I signed on with Prudential in 2003 to open one office which turned into two." Today, Prudential Douglas Elliman is the #1 agency on the East End, and Enzo Morabito is its #1 producer for all of Long Island.

"Establishing a new market for the company was a great experience, but I am a broker at heart." After some research, Enzo decided to change his business to a team, the Enzo Morabito TEAM. Enzo has moved to the #1 position, dollars earned, among the 3,000+ agents at Prudential Douglas Elliman on Long Island.

"The team concept is not new, but it is new on the East End. I hand picked this team. They come from finance, corporate real estate, corporate management, advertising, and technology. I also retain an environmental specialist to advise my clients of what to do before problems arise and deals fall apart."

CYNTHIA BECK

Cynthia Beck, a graduate from the Fashion Institute of Technology, moved to New York City in 1993 where she began a career in the Investment Banking Industry, eventually working her way up to the position of Vice President of Facilities & Real Estate for a NYC based firm, where she managed the procurement, construction and operations of their offices regionally.

Ready for a change of pace, Cynthia moved to the Hamptons and started a career in Real Estate by joining the Enzo Morabito TEAM. Cynthia brings 10 years of business experience. Her diversified background in design, construction, project management and real estate add another dimension to the TEAM. Cynthia utilizes the skills she acquired from years of project management, such as attention to detail, multi-tasking and problem solving to deliver the highest level of service to her clients. As a member of the Enzo Morabito TEAM, Cynthia now specializes in Fine Home Sales and Luxury Rentals throughout the Hamptons.

PAUL REINCKENS

Paul Reinckens has been a valuable member of the Enzo Morabito TEAM for two years. He was originally recruited directly from high school by Enzo himself, who was looking for a bright young person to bring new ideas with new internet and computer technology. Enzo called the computer science teacher at Southold High School and said, "Give me the best, brightest kid you've got."

The result was just what Enzo had hoped for. Paul's background in computer science, digital photography and video make him a perfect addition, as do his honesty, smarts and work ethic. Paul's many technical skills range from advanced Photoshop work to database management and internet content development. It is the fervent belief of Enzo that the future of buying and selling real estate lies in the internet and the ability to show properties visually over the web through excellent photography and video. Paul is on the cutting edge of that technology.

Born and raised on the North Fork, Paul's intimate knowledge of the area is invaluable, especially in sales and marketing campaigns and customer relations. Growing up in a family that owned a contracting company on the North Fork, Paul's experience with home remodeling and building also allows him to formulate new ideas and solutions for both buyers and sellers.
